How to Cook a Hamburger

This is an easy recipe on how to make a homemade hamburger.
It's important to use a meat thermometer to take the guess work out of grilling burgers. This is key to cooking juicy burgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Farm Fresh Beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Steak Spice
  • 1 Fresh Egg mixed together

Instructions

  • 1.  LIGHTLY combine beef, steak spice, onion, shredded cheese and a fresh egg.
    2.  GENTLY form into four 3/4-inch thick patties.
    3.  GRILL over medium-high heat for 10 to 14 minutes,
    turning twice, until digital
    rapid-read thermometer
    inserted sideways into center of each patty
    reads 160°F (71°C).






Place onto bun. Top with favorite condiments
