Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Bacon

Instructions

The night before –

  • Place scallops into a Ziploc bag and cover with Maple Syrup
  • Place on a plate and inside the fridge overnight

Next day steps include –

  • Preheat oven 425 F
  • Remove the scallops one at a time from marinate
  • Cut the bacon slices into halves or smaller
  • Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon
  • Place onto a baking sheet and cook until the bacon is done
  • Takes about 20 minutes.
