Our Maple Syrup

We produce 100% Pure Maple Syrup in our Maple Bush located in Eastern Ontario, Canada. Only during Spring Season prior to the start of trees beginning to bud! Once, the trees bud, the season is finished.

All of our 100% Pure Maple Syrup is produced by our family members. We take pride in every bottle made! The longevity of our maple bush is key to our operation and we strive to operate by taking care of removal of trees as needed, tree identification and woodlot management strategies learned through courses completed with Cornell University.

Every spring in Eastern Canada, as the snow begins to melt, the eagerly anticipated maple sugaring season begins. Canada produces 76 percent of the world’s maple syrup. With forests packed with extraordinary red, black and sugar maples, the country has just the right mix of cold spring nights and warm daytime temperatures to produce a generous amount of the clear-coloured sap used to make maple syrup.
