Farming is our passion. Farming provides a way of life for us and allows us to produce the foods we eat including beef and maple syrup. Above all; we are very grateful to have our farm and the lifestyle that comes with it!

AMBRY ACRES
Our farm is a diversified “pasture farm” providing our customers with all-natural beef and 100% pure maple syrup.
Farm Location
Ambry Acres, our farm; is situated in the rural setting of a small village called, “Williamstown“ located in the County of South Glengarry. Glengarry County is located in Eastern Ontario on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River. It is bounded on the west by Stormont County and on the north by the County of Prescott. The Province of Quebec borders the eastern side. South Glengarry is conveniently situated about equidistant from Ottawa and the city of Montreal, Quebec.
From Farm to Fork
From Farm to Fork is a social movement which promotes serving or buying local food, preferably through direct acquisition from the producer. Consequently, our family and friends enjoy eating the food we produce and we are hoping that others do, too! Ambry Acres sells beef and maple syrup from our farm gate.
We raise beef therefore we enjoy eating beef and understand the nutritional values that beef provide. Hence, many easy recipes that require minimal ingredients have been added to our site and we enjoy sharing them with others.
We produce Maple Syrup
Also, 100% Pure Maple Syrup is an all-natural product which we have introduced into our recipes and cooking methods over the past few years.
We grow barley, corn, soybeans and cover crops, hay and straw which is needed to raise our animals.
New in 2019! Sheep flock introduced to Ambry Acres farm!
Rideau Breed
Finally, a small flock of 20 sheep were introduced to our farm with plans to expand.
