Wool Blankets
We want you to love your blanket. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your blanket.
- Condition: Blankets must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Damaged Items: If your blanket arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Lamb, Beef & Other Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our meat products, we do not offer returns or refunds on perishable items.
If there is an issue with your order (such as incorrect items or spoilage), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly.
Maple Syrup
We do not accept returns on maple syrup due to food safety reasons. However, if your item arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Farm Gate Sales
All sales made in person at our farm gate are considered final. If you have a concern about a purchase, we encourage you to speak with us directly.
