Simple Salad Dressing Recipe using Maple Syrup

Salad Dressing made with oil, vinegar and maple syrup drizzled over garden salad

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard

The balsamic vinegar can be substituted with Apple Cider Vinegar.

Shake and enjoy on salad.

Use instead of buying store bought dressing.

  1. Looks delicious! That pecan pie is calling my name, too. We make a roasted chicken dish with Brussels sprouts, butternut squash and maple syrup/brown mustard that’s to die for.

    1. Thanks Jen, we are so loving maple syrup these days. And, as the Fall Season approaches I am finding myself seeking more recipes that allow me to cook with it.
