A Boston Cut originally referred to a flavourful roast cut from the center of the sirloin, Today, the term is being applied to steaks cut from the centre of the sirloin – a very tender cut. Boston Steak is best cooked by adding a dash of salt & pepper and grilled on the BBQ.

To Begin –
First, you’ll need to start with some boston cut steaks. Here’s what ours look like (frozen) and in the package. Each package weighs approximately 1 lb.
Each package is vacuumed sealed and processed by a certified abattoir.

BBQ Boston Cut Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- Dash Sea Salt Ground
- Dash Black Pepper Ground
- Boston Cut Steak Farm Fresh
Instructions
- Pre-Heat the BBQ to 425 F
- ADD a dash of ground salt & pepper to both sides of the steaks
- ADD a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to both sides of the steaks. You can also brush on oil if preferred
- BROWN MEAT.Place seasoned steaks onto the pre-heated grill. Cook and turn meat allowing both sides tobrown. We are not cooking the meat inthis step, just getting those beautiful grill marks on it. This will keep the juices inside themeat. Once grill marks on both sides arevisible, turn down the temperature to 325 F. Close the lid.
- USE A MEAT THERMOMETER to ensure that the steak does not get over-cooked
