Tips for perfect burgers


  • Mix and form beef patties using a light hand; don’t over-handle
  • Burgers puff up as they cook. To prevent this, make a thumbprint indent into the center of the patty before cooking. 
  • Rub grill with oil before cooking to prevent sticking
  • Grill in BBQ preheated to 400 degrees F with lid closed. 
  • Don’t overcook.  Use a digital instant read thermometer to cook them to the right temperature.  Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F  for a juicy burger

Recipe


  • LIGHTLY combine beef, steak spice, onion, shredded cheese and a fresh egg.
  • GENTLY form into four 3/4-inch thick patties.
  • GRILL over medium-high heat for 10 to 14 minutes, turning twice, until digital rapid-read thermometer inserted sideways into center of each patty reads 160°F (71°C).

  • Bacon
  • Salsa
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Hot Peppers

Place cooked burger onto a bun.  Top with your favourite condiments like:

  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

This is an easy recipe on how to make a homemade hamburger.

  • 1 Lb Farm Fresh Beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Steak Spice
  • 1 Fresh Egg mixed together
